Haddonfield - Demo

1. Care Nothing
2. Hometown Pride
3. Tapping Out
4. Wendigo

Haddonfield have released their debut album, this happens to be a demo. This album has the sound and feel of that fast 90's punk music. They have a similar sound to that of bands like Pennywise or Strung Out, so if you like those bands, you could like this album. They have done an okay job here. When looking at the recording quality of this album, remembering that it is a demo, they have done a pretty poor job here. This album is very hard to hear or understand what they are even singing about due to how low quality the recordings are. At least this is something. The instrumentation doesn't seem to be that crazy, it feels more like two guys just playing their instruments really fast. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals here are pretty hard to hear, but from what we can tell, the singer did a pretty good job. We would however like to have a better quality recording so that we could really tell more about the band and especially what the band is singing about. From what we can tell, the band has a political base to their music. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel for the album. Haddonfield has made a demo here that shows the very basics of the band. You can tell they are a punk band and kind of get an idea of what they are going for. We hope to hear more so we can get a better grip on the band. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think about it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
