6. Never Again
7. Fred [Extended Version]

Sherry have released their debut album which is self titled. The band has a very female alternative rock sound to them that is very reminiscent of the 90's female rock. This album reminds us of artists like Tuuli and Holly McNarland, so if you like either of those artists, you could like this album. They have done a decent job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded to a alright level, but you can tell it still needs some work to be updated. The instrumentation on this album is pretty good actually, these ladies can certainly play and they do it quite well. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals on this album sound pretty decent here. Their singer can certainly sing and she has chops to do it. The lyrics are sung nice and clear, while her voice goes along with the music. With the lyrics, the band has decided to go with messages about having imaginary friends/being crazy, guys, getting into trouble and making mistakes. These are things that for the most part younger people connect with, so they have a good base for their lyrics and who they want to target. If you are looking for a single to this album, give the song "Fred" your attention as they obviously want you to hear it since it is on the record twice. Sherry have made an album that really shows what the band is about and what they what their fans to think. They have a start here and it will be interesting to see what they do on the next album. Hopefully they get out there more and show their music to more people. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits(R.I.P.)
