2. Bed Time Stories
3. Ludicrous Speed
4.Twice Breaked Potatoes
5. Wait, I Can't Fly

Awake At 4am have released their debut album which is self titled. This album is one that has a little bit of a strange feel to it. They have long instrumental intros to their songs and have a pretty indie/folk feel to them. This band has a similar feel to that of a Broken Social Scene or a Great Lake Swimmers so if you like those bands, you could like this album. They have done an alright job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded to an alright standard. The instrumentation is pretty good and the sounds are all over the place here. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals on the album are pretty good and the singer can sing. There are not a whole lot of lyrics that go along with this music, but what we do hear, seems to be quite well structured and have a good meaning behind them. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of the album. Awake At 4am have made a debut sort of welcome to album that is sort of puzzling as the lyrics are not quite what you would like, but the music sounds decent. Maybe with the next one they can wrap those together nicely. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
