Cities In Dust have released their debut album titled "Night Creatures." This album is one that is full of a band with lots of energy making a lot of distorted noise from their garage. These guys have a similar sound to that of The White Stripes or even The Strokes. So if you like those bands, you could really like these guys. They have made an interesting album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded with enough raw elements to make this album just blast you with noise without compromising quality. The band can play their instruments and they are not bad. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals are not bad, they that Dirty Nil type of feel to them and they work perfectly for the style of music they are going for. With the lyrics, they could be a little better as they don't really pertain to the average listener and seem kind of angry, but hey. We can not find which song the band used as their single, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of this album. Cities In Dust have have made a debut album that really brings it in full. They have a unique sound and it bridges the like of indie and punk. With some progression they could get a sound that would appeal to more people. Overall not a bad album here. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. they have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
