Six Side Die have released their second album and first full length entitled "That F'n Album." This album follows along the same path as the EP did and it gives a little more of a legitimate feel to the band. They have a somewhat similar style to what the band Hail The Villain were doing, as the singer was previously in that band, so fans of Hail The Villain will like this band, or if you just like the standard hard rock music. They have done a decent job on the album. When looking at the recording quality of the album, the album has been recorded fairly decently, it just feel like it could have the slightest touch to make it perfect. This albums instrumentation has been done pretty well also. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals seem a little far back and not in your face as much as they could be, but that may be the singers years of hard screaming. With the lyrics, these seem to be very harsh and evil, with is not bad at all, but they could use a little something to get more of a meaningful lyric in. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of the album overall. Six Side Die have made an album that is nice to hear and really goes for that hard rock edge that seems to be missing right now. This album is one to listen to and just fully introduces you to what the band is doing. It is a pretty solid album all around and we can't wait to hear more from the band. Now all they need to do is to get out there more so more people know about them. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it.
