Farewell To Freeway have released their second full length album titled "Weekdays Seldom Wake To Victory." This album is one that follows the style and sound that the band made on their previous album while still making gains with their album. This album is a pretty standard metalcore album with keyboards in it. They have make an alright album here.

When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has a sound that is alright, but the album doesn't really seem to jump out at you at all. The albums instrumentation is pretty good though, it has a nice sound that way.

Now onto the lyrics and the vocals, the lyrics could use a little work to get it up there and have more meaningful lyrics, while the vocals have a decent scream to them, but the clean vocals could use a little work as well to get more clarity and tune from them.

If you are looking for a single to this album, give the song "Burning At Both Ends" your attention as this is the stand out track from the album and gives off the best of what this album is.

Farewell To Freeway are definitely on the way up and have potential to be a solid band, this is just a small stepping stone to what they could be at their peak. We are really glad to have it and sound like they are going in the right direction. Good luck with what is to come next. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
