Theatria have released their debut album titled "Theatria." This album is sort of a time bubble from about 2004, with a very emo sound. The band has quite of an AFI or The Used feel to them, so if you like those bands, you will probably like this album. They have done a pretty good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of the album, the album has been recorded fairly decently here. The instrumentation on this album is average to a bit above average, which is nice because they are a sort of 10 years ago time zone. Now onto the lyrics and vocals, the vocals are pretty decent here, they have a great sound and you can really hear them. These vocals go along great with the music. With the lyrics, they could of been done just a tiny bit better to give a better picture of the story they are telling. If you are looking for a single for this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the idea of the album's sound. Overall Theatria have done a good job with this album, especially for being a debut, welcome for the band. It is nice to see someone try something that people kind of forgot about and try to bring it back to the spotlight. We like what they have done and hopefully they can get more shows and attention going for themselves. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
