Hill & The Sky Heroes have released their debut EP titled "11EP." This album shows Hill and her Sky Heroes in a very indie way with a hint of that 50s surf rock mixed into the sound. This is quite a different feel for an album as this is something you have probably not ever really heard before. Hill has done a pretty good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded fairly decently here, which is pretty nice. The instrumentation is alright as well, but it could be a little bit better. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals have been done very well, as Hill can certainly sing here. With the lyrics, they are a little bit out there, but they do give you quite a story to listen to, which is good as well. If you are looking for a single for this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen, or listen to the whole thing as it's only four songs long. Hill & The Sky Heroes have done a pretty good job on the debut, sort of welcome to album. It gives you something different to really listen to and brings the band to your attention. We hope to see the band continue on their path and look forward to what they do next. We would however like to see the band get out there and play more, get more attention.
