Emily Mac has released her debut album titled "Live And Raw". This album is very piano driven while also being very soulful. Emily has a big voice that carries her music quite well on her debut album. She has a voice that would fit someone in the style of a Diana Krall. She has done a pretty good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded fairly well but it seems to be missing something. This album doesn't really have any other instruments to make the sound bigger, which really hurts the album and makes it have a gaping hole when listening to it. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals of Emily are quite good, she can certainly sing. Along with the singing, her lyrics seem to carry as well, she has written good lyrics that are able to relate with. If you are looking for a single for t his album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of this album. Emily Mac has done a good job on this album for what it is.
