Burning The Day have released their debut album titled "In Fall she Sleeps." This album has a very mid 2000's metal feel to the album. This is something a nu-metal or Killswitch Engage, Unearth fan would possibly be into, so if you like them, give it a try. They have done an alright job on the album. When looking at the recording quality of the album, the album has been recorded pretty good with a few tweaks here and there could be done to polish the sound but the instrumentation is alright here. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals could be a little more unique, louder and more clear as well as the lyrics could use a bit more of a meaning that will hold up against other bands. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of the album. Burning The Day have done a pretty good job on their debut album, with a mix between standard metalcore with a bit of nu-metal mixed in. These guys could use a bit of their own sound but all in all they have a good starting point. We just hope they define their sound more, get into one subgenre and keep playing more shows. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it.
