Die Mannequin's debut "How To Kill" is one that really shows the band in with that grungy, dirty old rock that seems to border on old and the new standard of regular rock. The band really does seem to go a good job on this kind of music while making it more mainstream. When you look at the recording of this album, they have done a really good job on making it clear but still sound grungy and raw. The singing and the lyrics here are also very good, they have a sort of rasp and lyrics you would figure a band like this would sing about. If you are looking for a song to listen to on this album, the song would be "Autumn Cannibalist" This song shows exactly what the band is all about. Die mannequin really have a sound here that could shoot them up to the top and make people notice them, just keep doing what they are doing and it will work.
