Life Like Rockets have released their debut self-titled album. This album has a rock sound that gives you a Shotgun Rules sort of feeling to them. This album has a alright recording quality, but it could use a little bit of a tweaking. These guys do know how to play their music and they have done a decent job here, but the music seems pretty standard. Hopefully with a bit more tweaks, progression and throwing a little more guitar work into the songs and that could really sprucen up the album. The song to listen to on this album is "6 O'Clock Somewhere" as it is the best song on the album and gives you an idea of what the rest of the album sounds like. All in all, this is a decent album and needs to be listened to. With a little tweaking, they could really make a go of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
