Brighter, Brightest have released their first full length titled "Right For Me." This album has a really nice and polished feel to their powerpop music. This is quite a jump for this band. As documented on the show Disband. the band worked with Machine and he pushed the band to get the best out of the band. this band has a similar sound to that of The Maine and even maybe a Downtown Fiction, so if you like those bands, you could really like this album. They have done a great job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, Producer Machine has made this album sound just great. The instrumentation on this album is quite nice and solid. This band has done a great job on making this album sound really good. Now onto the vocals and lyircs, the vocals on this album are crisp and clear. Derek Hoffman really knows how to sing and get the most out of his voice. Really nice singing on this album. With the lyrics, they go for very cute love lyrics and stories to knowing how fast to move. There is also song with trying to figure out who you are in life and what the right move for you is. These are really well thought out lyrics with great stories and messages to them. If there is a song to listen to on this album, give the song "Way Back Down" your attention is it is our favourite song on the album and shows off the highlights of the album. Brighter, Brightest have made a full length album that really shows off what the band can do and gives you the perfect light, relationshippy album to listen to. Well done job on the part of these guys. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think about it.
