Well Wisher have released their two song demo titled "Well Wisher." This album is one that shows the band doing the pop punk thing. They have a similar sound to that of Four Year Strong or a Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! sort of band. If you like either of those bands, you could like these two songs. They have done an okay job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, you can tell there is work to be done, but it is nice to at least hear something for this band. The instrumentation on this album is in line with other Easycore style bands. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocalist can sing and he has a nice sound that will fit in within the genre they are going for. You can hear them and it has nice clear vocals. With the lyrics, they have a message about girls and relationships, which flood music right now. If you are looking for a single, there isn't one, so just listen to the whole thing and you will know what Well Wisher is about. Well Wisher have made a demo album that shows you how they want to sound and gives you an idea of what future music will sound like. They have not done that bad of a job, just need to get better recordings of the songs and they will be good. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of this very new band. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)

Under The Killing Floor have released their second album titled "Takin' Out The Trash." As you can see with this album when you put it on, is that the unique style and sound of the band has not changed. The other thing you will notice is that they have added a second guitarist to enhance the sound of the band further. Once again with this band, the recording quality is not quite there and could use a bit of work. The instrumentation is alright for a young band trying to make their mark on music. Now listening to the lyrics, they all seem to be about coming of age and showing who you are, which is an alright subject to sing about. The song here to listen to would be "Turn It Whoround" as this song shows what the band is doing here the best and has a little faster pace to it. Overall, this is a good effort from this band and it shows that they do have potential, if they just get out there more and crispen up the recording quality. Give these guys a listen as it really is something you need to hear. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)

Sam Slick have released their debut album "...Pretty Much." This album is showing this band trying to jump into the faster, happy pop punk music with some work needed. When listening to this album, you can tell that the quality could be way better, it sounds too low and quiet. Another thing is that the lyrics on the songs could really use some work, but the singing and the ability of the band is not bad. The song "I've Had A Few Chardonnay...What Of It?" is probably the best song on this album. It shows you what the rest of the album sounds like and is catchy. All in all, this band seems to have something here, and with some better recordings and more progression with the music, and this band could be something to watch for. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)

Under The Killing Floor have made an album that is very new, very fresh and has something here that no one has ever tried before. The band mixes pop - punk with hardcore, and it has that kind of palatable feeling to the bands music. One of the problems is that this album is lacking in the production side. The album needs a lot of work still, but in the raw not so polished form this album comes in, you can tell and hear the special sound that this band is working with. This album is one you must listen to for sure. This album also brought the "easycore" genre out, as this was the first album to have that distinction.
