We Were Sharks - Not A Chance

1. Without You
2. Bridge Burner
3. Not A Chance In Halifax
4. How To Lose Your Cool
5. Say it Like You Mean It
6. Run For Cover
7. Moving Forward

We Were Sharks have released their latest album, and label debut "Not A Chance." This album has the signature sound that we have come to expect from the band. Their fast playing and poppy vocals make this the perfect blend and band to listen to for those getting into the new type of pop punk. This album is a mix between bands like Hit the Lights, Four Year Strong and The Story So Far, so if you are into any of those bands, you could really like this album. They have done a really good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded fairly well and has a nice sound. The instrumentation is not bad on the album either, you can certainly tell the band can play. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals here are very good and he can obviously sing well. This has the perfect sound and style for anyone who likes this band. With the lyrics, they sing about girls and the problems they are having which really seem to be the same as everyone else is. The songs here really help with the listener getting through things they are dealing with. Pretty solid lyrics on this album. If you are looking for a single to this album, give the song "Without You" your attention as it is really a great song and it shows how the rest of the album is. We Were Sharks have really put out a great album here and it keeps them on the up and up. It is nice to see this band finally get signed and now they can bring their music to everyone. Hopefully now they can get those states kids listening. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of this album.

We Were Sharks - We Were Sharks EP

1. Run For Cover
2. Moving Forward

http://www.mediafire.com/?ah4s5hp174ejdhk

We Were Sharks have released their two song EP titled "We Were Sharks EP." This album features the songs Run For Cover and Moving Forward. These two songs sort of highlight the band going in more of the direction of most pop punk bands these days, while still mixing the powerpop into it in spots. When looking at the first song Run For Cover, it really seems to mix the the featured vocalist, Jordan Black of Like Pacific,'s band with what We Were Sharks are doing and it sounds quite decent. The second song "Moving Forward" continues with that mix of the new We Were Sharks, but sounds really nice and clear, while having really decent lyrics like the previous albums of these guys do. that is one thing about We Were Sharks, they do have decent lyrics. Out of the two songs, we like Run For Cover the best. We can't wait to see if they continue on with the new sound or this was just something they wanted to try out. Good job, we really liked it. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of these two songs.

We Were Sharks - Super Sweet Summer Sampler (In Stereo)

1. With $10,000 We'd Be Millionaires
2. Just Remember Lahey, What Comes Around Is All Around
3. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together

We Were Sharks 4th album featuring their much loved cover of Taylor Swift's "We Are Never Getting Back Together." These three songs are great. They have the hard hitting, fast pop punk that fans love about We Were Sharks, and the fun vibe they put into their releases. The first song is also very solid, a great way to start off the EP, and the cover, is a great way to end it. You need to listen to this album.
