the Artist Life have released their fourth album "Impossible." This album shows off the band in a bit of a new light, as their music has gotten just a little more poppy and a little more catchy. The lyrics on this album are still from a punk side of view of not being happy with the was society has it, and the normal way of life, but of course there is a song or two about girls mixed in. The music doesn't sound much different from the previous albums, so if you've liked their other albums, you'll like this one. The single "Impossible" is a decent song about a girl, but it shows what this album will sound like throughout, so give that one the attention first. Overall, this is a very well done album and needs your attention, so give it some. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)

Let's Start A Campfire is the acoustic version of their previous album "Let's Start A Riot". The album is done pretty well. It features the likes of members from Stereos and Closet Monster, plus an acoustic cover of Bob Marley's Redemption Songs. This is a decently done album overall, and can get you into the band if you don't totally like their full sound at first. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)

When The Artist Life release their first EP on their new record label, Underground Operations, no one could of seen the success they would get from it. Jump 2 years later. The band is on Much Music, doing interviews, and having their music videos being played on Much, as well as touring with bands like face To Face and Stereos. It is no surprise that the band gained so much success with this EP, as each song on it is very well structured and catchy, but still holding that punk credibility.  Every song off this album is solid, and you can listen to them over and over. The debut EP from The Artist Life is one that shows what this band can be. With obvious similarities to Anti-Flag, the music has just enough pop to be able to grab those people just starting to get into all the punk bands.
