Xprime have released their second album titled "The Album." This album continues the style and sound Xprime debuted on their previous album. They have a very upbeat, sort of 50's/60's rock feel that just has happy songs. They have a similar sound to that of The Beatles or any 60's pop music. They have done a pretty good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the band has done a great job on the recording. This is a very listenable album. The instrumentation on the album is pretty decent as well. You can tell the band can play and are enjoying this style. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals are nice and clear. Their vocalist has the perfect voice for this style and the background vocals with that high vocal range is just something else. These guys can really sing. With the lyrics, the band picks really nice happy subject that make you not worry about anything. They range from being happy, things going the right way and overall just having a good life. Sometimes people need to hear nice, happy, uplifting songs, so this is a nice change. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get an idea of the album. Xprime have made an album here that will appeal to a wide range of people. This is good when they are trying to make it in the market. Not a bad album overall.
