Expo have released their debut album titled "Harsh Lenses Point Homeward." This album is one that shows this band starting into that sort of British style of music. This seems to be pretty popular right now in the indie scene. The band has a sort of Oasis or even an indie treble Charger feel to them, so if you like either band, you may like these guys. They have done an alright job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has actually been recorded quite well here. The bands instrumentation on the album is nothing to crazy but they can play. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals here are not bad. They have a sort of British feel to them and he has a nice clear voice, pretty good vocals. With the lyrics, they seem to have stories with them that really have that 90's lyrical content to them and the songs do give you an image to what e is singing about. The song remember is quite a different one though. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of this album. Expo have made a decent sounding debut album that gives you that throwback, 90's feel or a british invasion feel to them. They have done a nice job on this album, hopefully they can keep it up. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
