5. Palmerston Ave.
6. Come Die With Me

Jamie Hunter has released his third album titled "Scenic Railways." This album shows Jamie in a very acoustic light. Jamie has the kind of sound and feel like a City And Colour or a Bruce Springsteen. If you like those artists, you could like Jamie Hunter. He has done an alright job on this album. When looking at at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded pretty well, but it still could use a little bit of work to be louder and fuller sounding. The album has a pretty average instrumentation to it as acoustic rock usually does. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals are not bad, they are nice and clear and the guy can certainly sing, while the lyrics are also pretty decent here. They seem to have a decent story to them and they are not just about standard generic themes. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and listen to it to get the feel of the album. Jamie Hunter has done a good job on his third album. We do hope that he continues on with his music and gets out there even more so that the buzz on him grows. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. He has since called it quits (R.I.P.)
