Pull Start Rockets have finally released their debut album titled "Pull Start Rockets." This album is one that is quite the standard when it comes to softer radio rock. The band has a sound that fits in line with a The Fray or The Calling. These guys have done a nice job making a pretty decent debut album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded fairly well, but you can still hear very minor things that could use a bit of tweaking. with the bands instrumentation on here, it is pretty average, good but average, which is okay for this point in the band. Now onto the lyrics and vocals, the vocals have a nice sound to them and you can really hear the singer, while the lyrics are also quite decent for types of songs they are writing about. If you are looking for a single for this album, listen to the song "Leave Out" as this is the best song on the album and shows off the feel of the album the best. Pull Start Rockets have really jump started their career with a nice clear, clear album that fits in right where everyone is listening to, while being fresh enough to get peoples attention. We would hope that the band was able to get more attention and possibly progress with a little more of their own sound in the future. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
