1. One More Lie
2. Walter The Penniless
3. Yeah For Football
4. Pass Me My Zima (Xine)
5. Go Go Gadget Sad Songs
6. My Memory Outlives The Moment
We have added Allendale's Debut album titled "Allendale." This album is very in the vein of the 2004-05 Emo scene that blew through North America. When we listen to this album, we get the feel of a Hawthorne Height or a Boys Night Out, so if you like them, you might like this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded on the average side. It could use a fair amount of work to get this up to a decent level, but it is their debut, so we get that. With the instrumentation, it was also pretty average, but they still managed to get a good sound from it. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals are a bit too screamed in places and are quite hard to tell the lyrics, while the background singer could use a bit more melody in his singing. The lyrics could use some work in being more meaningful and getting a better story out of it. If you are looking for a single for this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of the album. Allendale have done a pretty good job for a sort of welcome to album, while giving it that emo feel. Hopefully in the future, with some progression, the band could get a bit tighter. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
