Saigon Hookers have released their debut 2 song album. This is a very small sample of what the band sounds like and is capable of. It seems like this is  more of a hey look we have songs kind of a deal than anything else. The band has a sound similar to a standard rock band you'd see playing any old grungy bar any night of the week. When looking at the recording quality of these two songs, they could use some work for sure, but on the plus side, the instrumentation seems alright here. Now looking at the vocals and lyrics, the vocals could use a little bit of work and could have the echo taken off of them and the lyrics could use a little work to be more meaningful. If you are looking for a single for this album, there isn't one, so just listen to the whole thing since its just two songs and you'll get the idea of how Saigon Hookers are. Saigon Hookers are on a path here with this album of being just another rock band that plays your local bar twice a week to the everyday drinkers. Hopefully with some more progression and a better recording, this band could really make something of this, since they do have the talent here. Listen to this album and decide for yourself what you think of it.
