Fighting Season have released their second album titled "Weathered." This album follows the sound that the band created on their debut while expanding their library of songs. If you haven't heard the band yet, they are a perfect representation of what bands are doing with the new style of pop punk these days. When you look at the recording of this album it has a decent sound and the instrumentation is alright as well but nothing over the top. The singer can sing well and the lyrics are pretty good here also. if you are looking for a song to listen to, give the song A Place To Rest My Head" a listen as this one is a fast hard hitting pop punk song with a pretty good, singable chorus to it. Fighting Season are definitely on the right track with their music. Hopefully they just keep plugging along and something happens for these guys.
