All Systems Go have released their debut album titled "You Won't Be My Anchor." First of all, you may be thinking you've heard that name before. well yes you have, as there was a successful  band of the same name, but thats the one these guys chose. Now when you fist put this album on, you are met with breakdowns and melodic singing., plus the occasional screamed vocals. This works very well for the band and  you can tell right off, that the singer is very talented here. The other side to that is that the lyrics seem to mostly be about relationships which seem to be the standard content to sing about. Another thing is that the instrumentation seems to be pretty standard as well, nothing too special there and the background vocals seem to be too far in the back at some points. A good thing about this album is that the recording has been done very well and by no means is this a bad record, every song sounds great and has the perfect sound. To recommend a song, it would be "Just Breathe" as this song just seems to have something a little more than the rest off them and shows you the full sound of the rest of the songs on the album. Now if this band just keeps going at it and tours, they could really do something with this, solid  record.
