The Archives have released their album titled "Transitions" This album shows the band trying to do the popular Canadian rock music thing, like so many of the other bands these days. While the band is in a very crowded market here, they have written a pretty decent album here. The quality of the recording is solid, and the songwriting seems to be pretty decent as well, plus they can play. The only real problem is the saturation of the market and needing to be that much better to rise above the rest. A song to listen to would be "Tiger Hugs" this song seems to embody what the band is trying to do the best and gives you the idea of what the rest of the album is going to sound like. Overall, this is a decent band with a decent offering here. If you are big on the indie rock, give these guys a listen.
