Lifeboat have released their debut album "Frames." On this album, the band has come out of the gate with a straight hardcore metal offering. When you listen to this album, you get the feeling that the quality could be a bit better, but the overall ability of the band and playing is decent.  When listening to this album, the song "It's In My Head" seems to be the best one to showcase what this album is all about and is best best song of the album, so listen to it before the rest. Overall, Life boat have some potential with this album, giving their sound a few tweaks and a better quality recording, they could go further. Listen to these guys, they have made a decent hardcore album and you'll want to give it a chance. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
