1. Satellite
2. Anybody Out There
3. Let Her Go
This is Menew's debut three song album. This album introduces you to the band and shows you what they are all about, in a very small dose. These guys have an older, more sophisticated feel to this album, which is felt in the vocals. As far as a classification for them, only rock and indie seem to fit this type of music. When you look at the recording quality of this album, the quality and sound is quite good for a first, debut album. Looking at the instrumentation, it won't blow you away, but the band can play and the singer can sing, but his style just doesn't seem to be that appealing to a younger market. If you are looking for a single for this album, sadly there isn't one, as this is the first three songs released by the band. So just pick a song and give it a listen so you know what the album sounds like. Menew have done a really good job getting their music to sound decent on their album, now hopefully with just a few tweaks and some progression, they can take this to a place more people can and will enjoy. The talent is there and so is the quality, so look out. Listen to this album to decide what you think of it yourself and follow up on what the band is doing.
