Nowadays it is a rarity that a band basically goes from being basically unknown, to signed by one of the scenes bigger labels. This is what happened with the band Face Value, who along with the singing decided on a name change. The album has not been changed or added to or anything, this is the Face Value EP. This album is very much the pop punk that is now going through like a wave, being that sloppy, dirty, fast pop punk that seems to be cooler. With the album itself, they have done a good job on making it sound decent and has a pretty good recording quality and the band seems to alright in their playing ability as well. The song to listen to would be "Anne Hathaway" as it has everything a new pop punk fan is looking to hear and bodes well as the first song for people to hear. They have done a good job on this and you will be seeing a lot more from this band, so get on the ship early and ride it while its hot.
