AndrewVictoria - AndrewVictoria

1. Hurry Home
2. Spontaneously Combust
3. Mary Jane
4. Children
5. It's Not Over

AndrewVictoria have released their debut album titled "AndrewVictoria." This album shows of the duo in a very adult alternative pop way. This is not really a genre or sound that is pumping out the big time artists, but hey. We feel like this album has a similar feel to it of Sarah McLachlan or a K.D. Lang. If you are into this type of music, you could like this album. They have done a pretty decent job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded to a fairly decent quality, although it could use a little bit more to fill it out. The instrumentation on this album is quite average in the wow factor, but they can certainly play. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals on this album are done pretty well, but they need a bit of a change up as to not be like every other aspiring female singer. She can really sing, which is great, you can really see the talent here. With the lyrics, the band goes for songs about relationships, trials and tribulations of life, having kids, not letting things get away from you and more. These can be subjects that people will relate to which could really bring people to get into the duo. We think they did a good job on these lyrics. If you are looking for a single to this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of this album. AndrewVictoria have made a debut, welcome to album that shows the potential they have to really make it, but also the tweaks that they could do to geta sound more of their own. We hope to see them go for more of their own sound. The band also needs to get out more so that more people can be exposed to them. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of them. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
