The Luminary have released their debut album titled "Collective Unconcious."This album is a sort of welcome to for the band, where you get to hear the progressive styling of this new band. When listening to this album, you get a feeling of a Volumes or After The Burial, so if you like volumes, but hate douches, you should like this band. These guys have done a good job on the album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been done pretty decently and the instrumentation is done fairly well here as well. Now onto the vocals and lyrics. The vocals are alright and the are okay, but could use a little bit of work to be more meaningful along with just choosing different words to fit better. The Luminary have done a good job overall on their debut album. It has some pretty decent guitar work on the album and we are quite pleased to see that. Our hope now is that the band continues to progress and play more shows to get their name out more. We also hope the band works on their stage presence and energy to bring a better show. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it.
