1. Glory Title
2. I'm A Sucker For Rack Tom Snare
3. All These Cinders Vol. 1 & 2
4. Last One
5. Bonus Track
Hoosier Poet have released their second album which happens to be self titled. This album is a little bit of a different one, as it has that hard nosed sort of emoish screamo feel while still being rocky. The album has the same sort of feel as a Boys Night Out, an early Alexisonfire or even a Fear Before, so if you are into that style of music, you could like this band. they have done a pretty good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of the album, the album has been recorded pretty well and has a good sound. The bands instrumentation on this album is quite good as well, they seem to have a range of wild but well played songs. Now onto the vocals and lyrics, the vocals are a little hard to hear but they are sung nicely in that style and the lyrics seem to be in the range of what people listening to this music want to hear about, so this is a good job. Hoosier Poet have made an album that really shows what the band is all about and gives them a foothold on the post-hardcore music. We do hope that with a little progression and tweaking, this band could get a little more a hold of their all over the place playing. Now we just would like to see the band go out there and play whenever they can to get buzz out. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of it. They have since called it quits (R.I.P.)
