Of Reverie have released their second album titled "Revitalize." this album follows the same style and feel of the previous album and continues to build up what they did on the last one. The band seems to have a feel that connects them to a band like A Skylit Drive or The Word Alive, so if you like those guys, you could like this band. They have done a really good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album has been recorded pretty solidly here. These guys seem to be able to play their instruments as well, or at least as well as any other band in their genre. Now onto the vocals and lyrics. The vocals of the screamer sound pretty solid, he can sure scream, while the clean singer has a nice clean, clear voice and is certainly an improvement from the previous clean singer. With the lyrics, they are pretty decent, but still could use a little tweaking to get a meaningful story to the song and the listeners journey on the album. If you are looking for a single to this album, listen to the song "The Disconnect" as this is the best song on the album and it really gives you the feel of the album. Of Reverie have made another step in the evolution of this band, they have done a great job on this album and it is a shame not as many people know about them. Hopefully if the band can get out there a little more and get some more buzz around them, they can do big things. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think about it.
