Weston have released their second album titled "The Whites Of Their Eyes." This album has a pretty similar sound to the previous album, so if you liked their last album, you will like this one. The band has a sound and style sort of like Exalt, so this could be an album for you if you like Exalt. Weston has done a pretty good job on this album. When looking at the recording quality of this album, the album could of used a little more in the sound and a bit clearer vocals. Other than that, the album is pretty good. Looking at the instrumentation of the album, it is nothing that will blow you away, but still alright. Now onto the lyrics and the vocals. The lyrics are okay, but could also use some work to be more in depth and give you more of a meaningful story, while the vocals are a bit to stressed as opposed to a natural flow. If you are looking for a single for this album, there isn't one, so just pick a song and give it a listen to get the feel of the album. Weston has done a pretty good job at continuing their sound here, while staying heavy and expanding their library of songs. We would just like to see Weston clean up the "dirty" sound they have, as that the only small negative we have for this album. Listen to this album to decide for yourself what you think of the album.
