The Hollow Sea have released their debut EP. This EP follows the same sound and style the band did on their two song sampler. This band has a very generic sound, but even though they don't stand out, they still sound well. When you look at how the album was created, the sound is decent and the instrumentation is alright but they just aren't up enough which may have to do with the recording and the vocals seem to not have a punch to them. If you are looking for a single for this album, listen to the song "Step Forward" as it is heavy and has a pretty alright sound for this hardcore band. The Hollow Sea are a young band just starting up and they have yet to find a really true unique sound.
