Jamsquid 3.0 is an album from the Hamilton Ontario classic rock revivalist band. This new album has the same sound and feel of the bands previous album, so fans who know the previous stuff will not be thrown off by this new album. These guys have a heavy, distorted feel that gives them a slot in with the new guys doing the classic rock, new but old. When you look at the recording of the album it has a pretty decent sound, but as always, there is a touch here or there that could make it louder. On this album, the music has a couple pretty good parts with the guitar but other then that, average, and the vocals here could be better, lets just leave it at that. If you are looking for a song to listen to, there isn't really a single here, so just pick a song and get the feel for this album. Jamsquid are doing an alright job with the music they want to make, nothing spectacular but its got something to it in its niche market. Hopefully they keep it up and just plug away. Listen to this album and see what the band is doing.
